New York’s Zero Tolerance Law

New York’s Zero Tolerance Law, applies to drivers under the age of 21, who have any blood alcohol content. For small amounts of alcohol, teen can lose their license up to 6 months to 1 year. For a .08% or higher blood alcohol content (BAC), DWI penalties apply, including possible jail terms.
