YOGA FOR MEMBERS

Member Kimberly Dick has offered to lead a Wednesday evening yoga program 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM in our Clubhouse. Attendees are encouraged to make a small contribution to NSBPOA. Please notify Kim of your desire to attend.

The class will be accessible to all NSBPOA members and will emphasize gentle stretching along with classic yoga postures. Beginners are welcome! Please do not eat within 1-2 hours of class or keep it light. Dress in comfortable clothes, layers are best.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If you need one, contact Kim at sevayoga@optonline.net or 631-603-7718.
